In the latest crash, a 29-year-old Victorian man died, and two women were injured, when his four-wheel drive rolled on an unsealed road at Duncan, on Kangaroo Island, on Sunday.

A local woman, 24, was flown to the Flinders Medical Centre in Adelaide with serious injuries, while a 20-year-old tourist was treated for minor injuries at the nearby Kingscote hospital.

The midday fatality takes the state's road toll to 85 - 11 more than the figure recorded at the same time last year.

It is the 14th death in South Australia in October, and the third this weekend.

A Saddleworth man, 48, died after his car collided with another vehicle near Undalya on Friday night.

On Saturday morning, a 22-year-old Magill man died after losing control of a motorcycle near Lobethal.
