One dead, six hurt in SA car crash

A woman has died and six people, including three children, have been taken to hospital after a crash north of Adelaide.

Police say two cars collided at the intersection of the Copper Coast and Yorke highways at Beaufort about 11am on Monday.

A woman in her 30s, who was a passenger in one of the cars, died at the scene.

Three adults, including both drivers, and three children have all been taken to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
