No mystery to bones found at SA cemetery

Unexplained bones found at a cemetery in South Australia are now thought to be historical.

The discovery of the bones sparked a police investigation on Tuesday after they were found in an unexpected location at the Ardrossan Cemetery on Yorke Peninsula.

But expert advice has now determined the bones are most likely those of a man aged in his 20s, who died between 50 and 75 years ago, police said on Wednesday.
