Man on control order loiters in SA park

A 57-year-old man on a child sex offender control order has been charged after allegedly loitering near an Adelaide park popular for children.

Police say the man on Saturday resided within 500 metres of a park attended by children, and also loitered near the park, in breach of his control order.

The man, from Adelaide's northern suburbs, was refused bail and will appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court on Monday.
