Man dies in SA highway crash

An Adelaide man has died after his car and a truck collided on a South Australian highway in the middle of the night.

The two vehicles collided on the Eyre Highway at Pandurra early on Friday and police say the driver and only person in the car, a 62-year-old man from Christies Beach, died at the scene.

The truck driver and his passenger were taken to the Port Augusta Hospital with minor injuries.
