Man dies in hospital after SA road crash

A man has died in hospital following a serious road crash north of Adelaide.

A car left a road and rolled at Boors Plains, near Kadina on Tuesday evening, badly injuring the driver, a 49-year-old Point Hughes man, police said.

The man was taken to Wallaroo Hospital before being transferred to the Royal Adelaide Hospital, where he died on Sunday.

His death takes South Australia's road toll to six, five fewer than at the same time last year.
