Medical incident causes fatal SA crash

A 60-year-old man is dead after suffering a medical episode and crashing his car into a tree in the Adelaide Hills.
The man crashed his car in Mount Barker on Monday afternoon.
His death takes the SA's road toll to 78, compared to 59 for the same time last year.
