Man crashes into SA police motorcycle

A man has allegedly crashed his car into a police motorcycle while it was pursuing him in Adelaide.

The motorcycle officer tried to stop the driver in Salisbury about 10.40pm on Thursday but the driver did not stop and swerved into the officer during a chase, police say.

The officer was not injured but the driver, a 24-year-old Para Hills West man, went on to be pursued by other police and tracked by helicopter until he was arrested and charged at a Salisbury golf course more than an hour later.
