Man charged with firearms offences

A man has been charged with firearms offences after police found a home-made gun, ammunition and knives in a car during a routine traffic stop in Adelaide.
The 34-year-old from Elizabeth East will appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court on Wednesday after being stopped at Smithfield just after midnight.
