Man caught after armed hold-up in SA

A man who's accused of using a hammer to try and rob a service station in Adelaide has been arrested.
The 32-year-old, wearing a cloth over his face, threatened staff at the Caltex petrol station in Salisbury Downs before fleeing empty-handed on Tuesday, police say.
No one was injured and the man was refused bail to appear in Elizabeth Magistrates Court on Wednesday charged with aggravated robbery.
