Man arrested for SA hotel murder

A man has been arrested over the murder of a 25-year-old Sydney woman whose body was found in an Adelaide hotel room on New Year's Day.
A 27-year-old Allenby Gardens man was refused bail and will appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on Monday.
