Judge alone to hear SA wheelie bin murder
AAP
An Adelaide man accused of murdering another man - then stuffing his body in a wheelie bin - will stand trial without a jury.
Timothy Seymour, 35, denies murdering 29-year-old Daniel Hind, whose body was found inside a wheelie bin in a paddock at Waterloo Corner in Adelaide's north in September 2015.
Seymour's request to have the trial heard by a judge alone was granted by the Supreme Court on Monday and his trial will begin in February.
