A grass fire threatening homes in Balhannah outside Adelaide has been contained.
The fire at the corner of Swamp Rd and Greenhill Rd in the Mount Lofty Ranges near Woodcock Rd was out of control amid tricky conditions for firefighters.
But the CFS said the blaze had been contained on Friday afternoon.
