Five boys charged over SA car chase

An 11-year-old is among five boys who will face court on Monday after weaving through Adelaide in an allegedly stolen car with a police helicopter on their tail.

The white Audi was first seen in Glen Osmond at about 12.30am on Monday and then spotted nearby by a police helicopter that followed its journey through many suburbs for more than an hour, police say.

The car finally stopped in Para Hills West where police arrested two 17-year-olds, two 16-year-olds and an 11-year-old over illegal use and also charged one of the 17-year-olds with driving dangerously to evade police and breach of bail.
