ElectraNet expects SA power cost drop

The company that runs South Australia's electricity transmission network says its proposed four-year revenue plan would lead to cheaper power bills.

ElectraNet says it expects a significant reduction in its costs during the 2019-2023 period, which have been reflected in the revenue proposal.

Households will in 2019 save $14 on the transmission part of their power bills, while small businesses will save $28, the company says.
