Cyclists have lucky brush with roo in SA

A group of cyclists have had a lucky escape in Adelaide with a large kangaroo leaping across their path.

The incident was captured on video and posted on YouTube by Pete Roberts.

It shows the roo leaping from the side of the road across the path of one of the riders, apparently striking him in the head but not hard enough to knock him from his bike.

The incident occurred on Saturday on the Frank Barker Road at Humbug Scrub in the Adelaide Hills.
