Cyclist dies after fall near Adelaide

A cyclist who fell from his bike north of Adelaide after a suspected medical episode has died in hospital.

The 66-year-old died at Lyell McEwin Hospital on Sunday night after the incident in Willaston on Tuesday afternoon, police say.

His death takes South Australia's interim road toll to 43, compared to 42 at the same time last year.
