Concerns for missing SA woman: police

A land and aerial search is underway for a missing woman in South Australia's remote northwest amid police concerns about her safety.
Health worker Gayle Woodford, 56, was last seen near her home in Fregon, APY Lands, about 9.30pm on Wednesday.
Police on Thursday said they have serious concerns about her safety, and detectives are investigating her disappearance.
