Car drives off bridge on to SA freeway

A car has driven off an overpass bridge and crashed down onto a freeway in South Australia.
The incident happened about 2.30pm on the Southern Expressway.
Police received reports a car had driven off an overpass bridge and crashed onto the expressway below.

The only person in the car suffered serious but non-life threatening injuries, police told AAP.
A section of the freeway remains closed to traffic.
Police are investigating.
