Bushfire at SA's Mount Lofty Ranges

An uncontrolled bushfire in South Australia's Mount Lofty Ranges may threaten the safety of residents.

The CFS says the fire at Auburn, near Saddleworth Road, Allen Road and Pine Creek Road, is burning in stubble and conditions are continually changing.

Residents are advised to only leave if the path is clear to a safe place.

The fire, which is burning in areas including vineyards, started from an out-of-control burnoff and no injuries have been reported, a CFS spokeswoman said.

"The fire has currently burned 150 hectares and crews are working to halt the forward spread and protect property," she said.
