Bulls truck rolls over on Birdsville Track

A number of bulls are injured or trapped after the truck carrying them rolled on the Birdsville Track in the far north of South Australia.

Residents of the nearby town of Marree and local station owners are trying to free the bulls that are trapped in the truck after the accident at 3.15am on Thursday.

The driver and passenger were not injured, and the truck is not blocking the road, but police are urging drivers to take extra care as some bulls are roaming along the highway.
