Remains found at Adelaide building site

Bones found at a building site in Adelaide's northern suburbs are believed to be historic Aboriginal remains.

Workers dug up the bones at a new housing development in Parafield Gardens on Tuesday morning and called police.

Major crime detectives and a forensic anthropologist attended the scene.

Police later said the bones were believed to be Aboriginal remains.
