Baby falcon saved from seventh floor nest

A sick baby falcon is getting some much-needed care after being rescued from a nest on the seventh floor of an Adelaide building.

Workers in a neighbouring building had been watching three falcon chicks grow in the nest but noticed one's health had taken a turn for the worst.

The Metropolitan Fire Service says it helped hoist a bird safety expert up to save the falcon and the chick is now being looked after.
