Australia's best marmalade to be picked

Get your toast handy, Australia's best marmalade is set to be named with 250 varieties vying for the title in Adelaide.

The festival of marmalade has attracted entries from artisan and home-made producers from across the country and New Zealand.

Gold medal winners at Sunday's judging will get free entry to the world marmalade championships in the UK in March, while the champion of champions will be produced for commercial distribution by Adelaide food company Beerenberg Farms.
