Knife-wielding man arrested after allegedly threatening paramedics, patient in ambulance
A Victorian man has been arrested in Adelaide after he allegedly threatened paramedics and a stabbing victim in the back of an ambulance, sparking a police manhunt.
Paramedics were in a waiting bay at Royal Adelaide Hospital with a 32-year-old stab wound victim this afternoon when they were allegedly set upon by a knife-wielding man.
The man allegedly made threats towards paramedics and the patient.

The victims fled into the hospital without injury, before the offender drove off in a white Porsche 2015 Macan with Victorian registration.
The luxury car was tracked onto the Southeastern Freeway by heavily armed police, who shut southbound lanes as they pursued the car.
The vehicle pulled over on the freeway near Mount Osmond and the driver, a 27-year-old man from Victoria, was arrested, SA Police Assistant Commissioner John De Candia said.
Police believe the stabbing victim earlier escaped the same white Porsche at a BP service station on Marion Road in Netley about 1.30pm.
He sustained non-life-threatening injuries to his thigh, hands and face.
The ambulance was called for the man after emergency services received reports about a person jumping fences in nearby homes.
He was eventually loaded into an ambulance not far away and taken to hospital.
Police are still investigating at what point the victim was stabbed and whether the alleged offender followed the ambulance to hospital.

Police are appealing for anyone with information. Nine
9News understands the two men involved had travelled to Adelaide from Victoria.
No charges have been laid.
"We believe that these persons, who are not cooperating with police at this time, that's the victim and the offender, are known to each other," De Candia said.
"It's most likely, whilst it's early in the investigation, some type of feud between those persons."
Police are appealing for anyone with information or who may have seen the white Porsche in the Marion Road area to contact police.
