Gun in SA may be linked to ACT shootings

A gun seized in Adelaide may have been used in a series of shootings in Canberra linked to bikie gangs.

Shots were fired at three homes in March, and a 36-year-old man suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Federal police have now seized a gun and ammunition from a person in Adelaide and are conducting forensic and ballistic tests.

They say they are investigating any links between the gun and the three shootings.

Also on Monday, ACT police released images of three people of interest - two men and a woman - in relation to the shootings.

The incidents occurred overnight between March 12 and March 13. Homes in Kambah, Stirling and Florey were targeted.
