Adelaide criminal with a history of evading police on the run

A dangerous criminal with a history of going to extreme lengths to avoid police capture is once again on the run.

A manhunt is underway for Luke Brandon, 33, who was chased and captured by police just over a year ago.

In 2017 he cut off his monitoring device and spent eight days on the run.

This time he is wanted on a parole board warrant.

They suspect he's driving a vehicle with registration XOY – 970, and believe the car is a silver Honda Civic Sedan - but its whereabouts is unknown.

Police have not given details of any recent offences Brandon may have been involved with, however he was listed to appear in the Supreme Court as recently as last month.

That particular hearing related to the application for an "extended supervision order".

In 2015 Brandon was arrested after a siege at Goolwa, south of Adelaide while he was a suspect in an aggravated robbery.
