750 homes without power after SA storms

More than 700 South Australian homes are still without power after severe storms swept across the state.

Crews are working to restore power to about 750 homes - mostly on the Eyre Peninsula, and in the state's mid-north and north - after Tuesday's storms caused localised flooding and other damage, SA Power Networks says.

More than 1,600 homes in Adelaide's inner-south have also lost power but the cause of the outage remains unclear.
