An Adelaide woman has been infected with measles, and health authorities are urging people who haven't been vaccinated against the disease to watch out for symptoms.
The 28-year-old is recovering but SA Health says she travelled to various locations in Adelaide's CBD, and the suburbs of Campbelltown, Malvern and Windsor Gardens, while infectious in the past week.
It's the state's first case of measles this year, SA Health said on Friday.
