SA Labor offers more for power and water

The South Australian Labor government has promised to lift energy concessions if it wins Saturday's state election.
Labor will provide about 200,000 eligible households with an extra $50 from July this year taking the maximum concession payment for power and water users to $894 a year.
"Labor understands that while Adelaide is Australia's most affordable city, people on low and fixed incomes are doing it tough," Premier Jay Weatherill said on Tuesday.
