SA aged-care worker killed in driveway

A welfare worker visiting an elderly client has died after being hit by a car in the driveway of a home in Adelaide.
Anglicare says the woman had worked for the organisation for about seven years.
It will conduct an investigation into the incident at suburban Fairview Park on Monday.

SafeWork SA has also launched an investigation.
Its executive director Bryan Russell said the incident was a tragedy for the woman, her family and her co-workers and clients.
"This is unfortunately the first workplace fatality in 2014. One fatality is one too many," Mr Russell said.
Police have not released details of the circumstances surrounding the woman's death.
