The Water Diviner actor turned the camera on himself after arriving in Gander International Airport at 7am on Sunday, tweeting his disappointment.

Crowe had reportedly tweeted his friends ‘Doyle’ and ‘Hawco’ that he’d be making a “personal appearance” but neither showed up to meet him.
Once they began waking up to the tweets, an exchange between the three of them began trending on social media, and was liked and retweeted thousands of times.
Crowe partied alone in Gander for less than an hour before taking off again.
