Porn star Ron Jeremy sued after ‘breast signing’ assault allegations
Porn star Ron Jeremy is facing a sexual assault lawsuit from a woman after US state prosecutors declined to pursue charges.
The accuser, known as KB, was modelling at a promotional event for a radio station in in September 17.
She has alleged that at the event, Jeremy assaulted her after she agreed to have him autograph her breasts, TMZ has reported.
In court documents, the woman alleges Jeremy pulled down her shirt and "violently groped" her breast under her bra.
She claimed he also squeezed her bottom when they were taking a selfie, sucked on the back of her neck, and digitally penetrated her through her underwear.
She alleged he asked her, "Did that give you goosebumps?"
KB also claimed that as she was trying to leave, Jeremy pulled down her shirt and sucked on her nipple.
The court documents allege she has since suffered PTSD and a miscarriage she attributed to her alleged assault.
Jeremy was criminally investigated over the alleged incident, but the Tacoma City Attorney's Office in Washington State declined to file charges.
The porn star has been accused of sexual assault before, with industry peer Ginger Banks releasing a video in June last year detailing allegations from some fans and some fellow stars.
Other former porn stars Danica Dane, Jay Taylor and Jennifer Steele have also made sexual assault claims.
In a previous statement, Jeremy has denied all allegations, saying he had never and would never rape anyone.
He denied doing anything "wrong or illegal", but also said, "but seriously, if you were going to be around Ron Jeremy, wouldn't you assume that I'd be a little bit touchy feely?"
Regarding the current lawsuit, Page Six reported a representative for Jeremy had said the case had already been investigated and dropped by police and the district attorney.
"I guess people can sue for anything these days," the representative said.
