Jamie Gao murder trial jury discharged

The jury in the trial of Roger Rogerson and Glen McNamara over the death of Sydney student Jamie Gao has been discharged.

The pair are accused of killing Gao, 20, in the south Sydney suburb of Padstow on May 20, last year.

Both have pleaded not guilty to murder and drug supply. Mr Rogerson has also pleaded not guilty to a charge of being an accessory to murder.

The trial was in its second day today when Justice Geoffrey Bellew told the jury he would be discharging them.
