Ralph the lamb reunited with ‘ecstatic’ owner after being stolen from animal park

Ralph the lamb has been returned to his loving owner, about seven kilometres away from the animal park where he was stolen nearly two weeks ago.
Ralph, named following a competition at The Big Goose animal park, wandered towards a throng of construction workers near Tyabb this morning.
Road worker Nigel immediately recognised the little lamb from news reports, and alerted police.
Ralph was returned to his “ecstatic owner” Justin in “good spirits and health,” police said.
“It was a great result for all involved,” aptly named Senior Sergeant Michael Lamb said.
A 21-year-old Moorooduc man was arrested and charged with theft and animal cruelty after snatching the black and white lamb from The Big Goose animal park in Moorooduc on August 21.
He will appear at Frankston Magistrates’ Court on November 4.
