Electricity supplier reports more than 300 properties still without power, mainly in the Somerset region but also on the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay Regional Council area.

The company had dealt with outages from 15000 customers yesterday when storms battered the south east part of the state, leaving two people injured.

The worst of the stormfront has passed for southeast Queensland, but storm warnings remain in force for areas north of Noosa.
