Climate protesters glue hands to road in Brisbane CBD
Climate activists this morning glued their hands to a road in Brisbane's CBD.
Video obtained by 9News shows two people lying in the middle of the road near a pedestrian crossing on Queen Street.
They had chained themselves together before glueing themselves to the bitumen about 7.30am.

Traffic was blocked for three hours as authorities worked to remove the pair, using chemicals to dissolve the super glue on their hands.
The road was reopened before 11am.
Police have now erected a tent over the protesters. 9News
The protesters are from a group called Extinction Rebellion, a movement that began in the UK and protests inaction on climate change by governments.
This morning, supporters of the protest said it held significance given the recent government decision to approve construction of the Adani Carmichael coal mine.
They said Brisbane should expect more civil disobedience protests in the coming weeks and months.
Both the man and the woman are expected to be charged with public nuisance offences.
Eight hours ago, arrests were made in Edinburgh, Scotland where members of the same group had staged a similar road block protest.
