Queensland couple escapes home moments before flames engulf property
A Queensland couple has narrowly escaped their burning home, managing to leave the property moments before it was engulfed in flames.
The Ipswich house, near Brisbane caught alight in the early hours of this morning, leaving Michael Reid and his partner homeless for the new tear.
The Bell Bird Park home was incinerated, and is now unliveable.

The fire engulfed the couple's home around 1.30 am this morning. Nine
Fire fighters were called to the home at 1.30am, containing the blaze before it spread to neighbouring properties and bushes.
"The fire has consumed approximately 90 per cent of the house with structural collapse," Philip Paff from Queensland Fire and Emergency Services said.

It's unknown what started the fire, with investigations still underway.
"The home had been having some electrical problems," home-owner Mr Reid said.
"Within 60 seconds it was gone."
The couple escaped with nothing but what they were wearing, with both cars parked at the back of the house also destroyed.
"It was pretty full on," neighbour Ian Miller said.
