Queensland close to full NDIS dates

Queenslanders with a disability should soon know when they'll get access to the national disability insurance scheme.
The Department of Social Services says negotiations are close to finalisation on a bilateral agreement with the state and commonwealth on full scheme transition.
"My assessment... is that we are cautiously optimistic we can land something with Queensland in the next month or so," department secretary Finn Pratt told a Senate estimates hearing in Canberra on Thursday.
