Woman 'grabbed, dragged' in Cairns attack

A man has been charged after allegedly grabbing a 26-year-old woman from behind and dragging her along the ground before assaulting her in a Cairns car yard.
It's alleged the 24-year-old Korean national also smashed the woman's phone before fleeing the car yard in the suburb of Westcourt early on Sunday morning.
He's due to face the Cairns Magistrates Court on Monday morning on charges of assault with intent to commit rape, rape and wilful damage.
