Woman charged after Ispwich stabbing

A 20-year-old woman will face court after a man was stabbed multiple times in an Ipswich park in southeast Queensland.
The stabbing took place in a park at King Edward Parade just after midday on Sunday.
The 55-year-old man was taken to Ipswich Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

The woman, who was arrested shortly after the stabbing has been charged with one count of acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm and will appear in the Ipswich Magistrates Court on Monday.
