Qld balcony fall victim 'uncooperative'
A man who survived a 15-metre balcony plunge is refusing to cooperate with Queensland police and prosecutors, a court has heard.
Phillip Koklas was treated for life-threatening head injuries after falling from the fifth floor of a Brisbane CBD apartment during an alleged struggle last September.
A warrant was ordered for Mr Koklas on Tuesday after he failed to appear at a committal hearing for the trio charged with his kidnapping and attempted murder.
The Brisbane Magistrates Court heard Koklas has not given a police statement and is unwilling to give evidence against accused trio Michael Paul Lappin, Timothy John St John and Jace Stafford Burns.
It's alleged Mr Koklas was kidnapped and threatened over an unpaid debt.
He has been ordered to attend a new court hearing on May 26.
