Vintage cars lost in Qld museum fire

Several vintage cars and trucks have gone up in flames at a Queensland museum.

A home to historic cars at the Hervey Bay Historical Village and Museum caught fire on Tuesday night, with a portion of the roof collapsing.

"It looks like we have lost several vehicles under repair/restoration including our beautiful red 1934 Ford truck," a post by the museum's Facebook page said.

The blaze, which took Queensland Fire and Emergency Services crews several hours to put out, is reportedly being treated as suspicious.
