Three Qld kids orphaned after bodies found

Three young children have been orphaned after their parents were found dead at a home south of Brisbane.

The couple's bodies were found inside a home in the Logan suburb of Eagleby on Monday afternoon.

A neighbour told AAP the couple were "polite" and "kept to themselves". They had three young girls with the youngest "in nappies".

"They had little kids they would let play outside with other kids from this street," the neighbour said.

It is believed the children had been removed from the home after Christmas.

Police won't say if they're investigating a murder-suicide or a double murder.

Authorities attended the home at 1.15pm Monday where a crime scene was established and fingerprints taken.

A Queensland Police spokeswoman said the coroner would investigate.
