Three men on the run after armed robbery at unit in Ashgrove, Brisbane

Three men are on the run after robbing a man and a woman at a unit in Ashgrove in inner Brisbane last night.

The man answered a knock on the door at around 11.45pm before the three men stormed the Ashgrove Avenue unit armed with knives.

The men demanded money and property, escaping with cash and two mobile phones.

The pair inside the unit were not physically injured.

The three men had shirts wrapped around their heads and were last seen running west along Ashgrove Avenue.
