Thieves make off with guns from Qld home

Thieves have stolen firearms during a break and enter south of Brisbane.

Police say the culprits targeted a home in Cedar Creek, Logan, on Monday morning and found keys to a gun safe when inside.

The six stolen firearms, which included a shotgun, a rimfire rifle and four centrefire rifles, were registered.

Witnesses reported seeing a blue Holden Commodore, which is suspected to have been stolen, leaving the Quinzeh Creek Road address.
