Suspected Bandidos charged after Qld raid

Police have charged three suspected Bandidos bikies following a raid on a mechanic's workshop in south Brisbane.

Police searched the Moorooka premises on Friday, allegedly finding $10,000 in cash and more than 50 grams of methylamphetamine.

A 38-year-old man, who arrived at the business during the search, was charged with two counts of possessing dangerous drugs, as well as drug trafficking, possessing a utensil and proceeds of crime.

Another two men, both aged 22, were charged with possession and trafficking offences.

Detective Inspector Phillip Stevens issued a warning to people involved in outlaw motorcycle gangs following the raid.

"The Queensland Police Service is committed to keeping the community safe, stopping crime and prosecuting those who wish to profit from crime through the sale of dangerous drugs," she said.

The trio will appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on May 12.
