Woman missing from park in Brisbane's north found safe

A woman who wandered off from her carer north of Brisbane this afternoon has been found safe and well.

She was last seen walking off into the mangroves at the mouth of the Pine River at Brighton Park about 2.45pm, but at 10.40pm police said she had been found.

"The woman reported missing from Brighton tonight has been located safe," QPS Media tweeted.
