Search for pair after Qld trawler capsizes

An extensive sea and air search is under way for two people who were onboard a fishing trawler that has capsized off the coast of Fraser Island.

Queensland police say the boat was last seen around 3am on Monday and was later found overturned at 6.45am.

Ten trawlers, two aircraft and two volunteer marine rescue crews are searching east of the island but are yet to find any trace of the pair.
