Queensland plane crash wreckage found
AAP
Authorities have discovered the wreckage of a plane that plunged into waters off Brisbane last week with a husband and wife on board.
The pilot, 70, and his wife, 52, are presumed dead after their hired plane made a mayday call and lost contact with flight controllers on January 22.
Police on Wednesday found the wreckage in about 36 metres of water north of Moreton Island.
